Complete instructions for setting up with CoinZoom from A to Z

These steps 1-5 are simply how to convert your country’s fiat currency (Euro, Pound, Lira, Yen, USD, etc) into USDT in CoinZoom, which is unrelated to Daisy, but obtaining USDT (or Tether) is necessary. Deposits into Daisy Forex need to be in USDT, which is currently dollar-for-dollar equal to USD, but USDT is an international digital currency.
Please note that if you have any crypto or funds in other digital wallets, you may want to skip this CoinZoom process and go to the next set of Daisy instructions. If you have another preferred method of getting USDT into a digital wallet, you can skip to the next set of instructions to sign up for Daisy Forex.
If you run into problems at any point in this process, contact CoinZoom support at https://support.coinzoom.com/support/home – If you cannot resolve your problem by reading their knowledgebase, create a support ticket and explain your issue to them. Here is the link to submit a ticket https://support.coinzoom.com/support/tickets/new. Always tell them you are with Daisy. We have certain things like withdrawal time limits and things that are waived. You can also get on a live zoom call at any time and have them walk you through the process.
You may want to try restarting your phone first if the pages aren’t loading or if the app is not working right.
Step 1
Set up instructions to Fund CoinZoom with a Wire Transfer.
The most important things before you get started is:
- Your driver’s license and/or your passport is valid!
- Your driver’s license must match your current address!
- The name on your bank account must match the name you set up in your CoinZoom account!
Make sure to use only ONE device when completing the CoinZoom enrollment. For example: if you are enrolling on your phone, don’t switch to another device when verifying your email address.
Click on the link below and follow the instructions to get started. You MUST use this link to create your account on your device so that your account is connected to Daisy. Otherwise, they will hold your wired money for 7 to 21 days. You MUST sign up for CoinZoom through this link! If you signup through the app, your funds will be on hold.

- Click on “get started”
- Create your account with email and password (password should be between 8 – 20 characters which contain at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, one numeric digit, and one special character.)
- Verify your email address – check your email
- Complete your profile – click on submit
- Verify your mobile phone # / enter the code

Make sure you have completed step one before continuing here!! We will need Coinzoom support to correct the account if you don’t.
Download Coinzoom Pro and Google Authenticator
- Download the CoinZoom Pro app on your phone from the app store – This is the app you will send or wire the money to in order to fund your forex.
- Download the Coinzoom App – Video: Download the App
- Login to Coinzoom
- Validate your account Video: KYC Validation
- Choose the type of ID – take a picture and a selfie
- Login again to Coinzoom Pro on the mobile app
- Choose the option to set up two-factor authentication now.
If you don’t set up the Google Authenticator / two-factor authentication, CoinZoom will only let you skip this step twice. Then it will lock you out of your account, and you will have to contact support to reaccess your account. So let’s set it up now.
The One Time Password is an additional layer of security for your account. You will need it the first time you set up your account, and it will come in an email. Once your account is set up, you won’t receive additional OTPs by email. Instead, you will use a different type of OTP, called a two-factor authentication (2FA) code which is generated by an authenticator app on your mobile device.

- Download Google Authenticator – Go to your app store, download “Google Authenticator,” and open it. Google Authenticator is an extra layer of security that gives you a second password that changes every 30 seconds. The only place this second password can be found is in the authenticator app on your phone.
- Once you’ve opened your Google Authenticator App, log in to your Coin Zoom App.
- Once you log in, it will show you a QR Code and a Setup Key (Secret Key). Minimize your Coinzoom account – DO NOT CLOSE COINZOOM. If you close CoinZoom and reopen it will generate a different second ‘Secret Key’ and Google Authenticator will now be out of sync (and not work).
- Open your Google Authenticator app and click on the plus “+” icon. It will show you two options, “Scan a QR code” and “Enter a setup key”.
- To enter a setup key in the Google Authenticator app, copy the long “Secret Key” from your CoinZoom account above the QR Code by clicking on the “Copy Secret Key” button. Now paste it on the next page in the Google Authenticator app. Enter “Account Name” as “CoinZoom”, select “Time-based” as “Type of key,” and click on “ADD”.
- Once you are done, the Google Authenticator app will show a new entry with a 6-digit OTP that changes every 30 seconds.

Step 3
Fund your Account
- Go to the overview page in Coinzoom, click on the three bars in the top left corner, choose “fund your account,” and select your payment method.
- It is recommended to select wire transfer, so click on “fund with wire transfer” to obtain the wiring Instructions. If you go to your bank in person, take a screenshot of the wiring instructions (routing number, account number, etc.). Also, make sure you add extra funds to cover any wire fees. FYI – Another option would be to wire your funds via your online banking account if applicable. Be sure you or your Bank places the Reference Number in the Memo Section on the Wire. This is very important! Wired funds should be available in 1 or 2 business days.
- If you choose the credit card or ACH option, the funds will take 2 to 3 weeks to clear beyond the chargeback or dispute timeframe. You will not be able to move the funds to the forex trading account during this period.
- CoinZoom Releases the wired funds twice a day, Mon thru Fri. So if you try to proceed after the wire processes and can’t, check under ‘Portfolio’ in the menu, if there is yellow text there on that page, you just need to wait until the next time they release funds.
TIP – While you are waiting for your funds to be deposited in Coinzoom, complete steps 4 & 5 below.
