If you look at generations now, I will tell you that the average man today, between the age of 30 and 50, has low testosteroneโ€”probably 300 or below. In contrast, the average man in their 60s, 70s, or 80s has much higher testosterone levels. I just did a blood panel on a guy who’s 92 years old, and his testosterone is still 700 or above. This is because they still eat the old-school way, which should really be the new school way. They consume real animal fats, real butter, coconut oil, vegetable oils, and use a ton of salt. If you know anything about the blue zones of the world, these are areas where people typically live to be 100 years or older and remain vibrant into their centenarian years. On their tables, they have good fats and good salts. You’ve been lied to, told that fats are bad, and that you should have a low-fat dietโ€”it’s the worst thing you can do. Youโ€™ve also been told that salt is bad, and you should have a low-salt diet. No, sodium from fast food, fried food, and processed table salt is bad, but real salts are beneficial. That white table salt on your counter needs to be thrown in the trashโ€”don’t use it.
