Distilled water doesn’t. Reverse osmosis is OK if you have a system like that. Any filtration is better than no filtration. But what I use in my personal home is I have a machine By the way, all of our water we drink and the water that we shower and bathe in is a machine that pulls the fluoride and chlorine out of the water, but also infuses it with hydrogen and also infuses it with minerals.
